Chip Spangler
Chip Spangler is the current Chair of the Libertarian Party of New Hampshire and a former Chair of the Southern New Hampshire Libertarian Party, a local affiliate of the Libertarian Party of New Hampshire. He was formerly the state chair of the Libertarian Party of Maryland.
