Carol Moore
Carol Moore (born 1948) is an ethicist and systems theorist best known for her theories of secession and her analysis of Mahatma Gandhi's methods as an "intuitive systems theorist".[1]

She is considered a critic of the street violence tactics of some members of the anti-globalization movement.[2] She is known in movements for separatism and secession. Her writings focus on governance in smaller political units.[3] Moore also argues that "there is a link between sunspot activity and human tendencies to mass action and social and political change".[4][5]
Moore is considered a feminist and a libertarian.[6][7][8][9][10][11][12]
She has been active in anti-war and war tax resistance movements since the late-1970s, most recently with the DC Anti-War Network.[13][14][15][16][17][18]
She is author of a book on the Waco siege entitled The Davidian Massacre.[19][20][21][22][23][24][25]
