Scott A. Lewis, III became chairman at the 2008 Louisiana Libertarian Convention in New Orleans. Assisting his run for the vice-chair was his name recognition from his run for Secretary of State.

Electoral History

In 2007, Lewis ran for Louisiana Secretary of State as an independent (appears as "no party" on ballot). He ran against a Republican and a Democrat. He received 5% of the vote.
