John Deane was Chair of the Libertarian Party of New York in 1976. He was from Schenectady.
Biography
John Deane was from Schenectady, and served as the State Representative from the Capital District Libertarian Party during the 1975-1976 term. At the State Convention on March 28, 1976, he was elected Chair of the Libertarian Party of New York, which he served until November 14, 1976.
