H. Raymond Strong, PhD is a former libertarian politician who most notably ran for the California's 24th State Assembly in 1998 and 2000. He chaired the Libertarian Party of New York from 1974 to 1975.
He is a mathematician who regularly publishes and past president, director, and vice president of the American Association of Actuaries.
