Notes Section Added

A bare list needs to just have the platforms as comments, more extensive than others, can be made about almost any platform year. That information is very important to include, but I moved it to a notes section where it more properly belongs. I would suggest though that a better method might be to include that information on the article about the appeal and then footnote here to see that page.
