Under Exceptions we need to vest final veto power with the Historical Preservation Committee if necessary. Deletions can occur upon a majority of HPC members exercising veto power or upon the prerogative of the HPC chair. All deletions done under this power will have open discussion on the deletion discussion and will be reported in the next HPC report. CarynAnnHarlos (talk) 05:42, 25 May 2017 (UTC)
