This page was created for to-do items that might not be easy to do immediately and might make it easy for people to find things that need to be done.

Creating separate lists for recurring action items and one-time action items. As one-time action items are completed please strike them out.

Recurring

• Provide categories for articles in Special:UncategorizedPages, which should be empty at all times
• Provide categories for files in Special:UncategorizedFiles, which should be empty at all times
• Provide categories for categories in Special:UncategorizedCategories, which should be empty at all times
• Check random pages, pages by category, recently added articles, et c. to see if they belong in categories they're not in and in categories that they don't (for example a given biography may belong in Category:Candidates from the 1980s and be mistakenly added directly to Category:People)

One-Time

• Add all state-specific categories to Category:Categories by State
