- It's not public domain, unfortunately, it's authorized under specific terms. And thanks to it being deleted, a good faith effort to adhere to all of them is going to be a pain.
- 1: Applying the licence tag. This is the easy part and I just did it.
- 2: Applying the full revision history. This is a problem, and I've never found anyone on the Wikipedia end willingm to share this with us even though they can at least theoretically do so. I'm going to try to add this to my to-do list to do what I can, which is the same situation that the Carol Moore articles is in. -- Strangelv (talk) 17:37, 13 March 2019 (CDT)
