Matt D. Harris is the current chairman of the Libertarian Party of West Virginia and a pro-liberty activist. His background includes work in the fields of information security as well as political campaign management and political campaign engineering.

Mr. Harris currently serves as the chairman of the LPWV. He has previously served as the LPWV's secretary as well.
