My name is Alexander Steven Peak. I like to think of myself as a Classical Liberal. In 2004, I voted for Michael Badnarik. This was my first election. I'm also the President of the College Libertarians of Towson here in Towson University, Maryland.
I plan to run for Baltimore County Council as a Democrat in 2010, and for either the Maryland Senate or Maryland House of Delegates in 2018. I hope to try to do with the Democratic Party what Ron Paul is doing with the Republican Party
I'm also trying to "get my name out there" by doing work as a free-lance author. An article I wrote, titled "Conservative Socialism," was included on LewRockwell.com, and can be seen here.
