James Humay is a libertarian activist from Illinois. He ran for Cook County Board of Commissioners in 2022 was a delegate seated with the delegation of the Libertarian Party of Illinois at the 2022 and 2024 National Conventions. Jim currently serves as Chair of the Libertarian Party of Chicago and was a candidate for Cook County Board of Commissioners to represent District 1 in 2024.
