Paul Beaird is a Libertarian Party activist, who was the second chair of the Alaska Libertarian Party from 1974 to 1975. He was the first editor of Alaska Libertarian Party's newsletter ACTION, which began in 1974. He was Alaska's Ballot Access Cordinator to get Roger MacBride on the ballot in 1976.
