Paul Grindle served as a Member-At-Large of the Executive Committee of the Libertarian Party of New York and Chairman of the LPNY's Rules Committee. He also serves on the LPNY's Legislative Affairs Committee, IT Committee, and Platform Committee. He provides management and assistance to Libertarian campaigns. He is a New York State Co-Coordinator of the Libertarian Pragmatist Caucus and a member of the Libertarian Socialist Caucus.
