Sam Sloan (born September 7, 1944) is a former Libertarian Party activist and candidate. In 2014, he switched to the Democratic Party but later returned to the Libertarian Party.

Libertarian Party

He was Director of Media Relations for the Manhattan Libertarian Party from 2006 to 2007.

In 2010, he ran for Governor of New York, but did not get the nomination.

He was Treasurer of the Bronx Libertarian Party from 2019 to 2020, until he ran for office in a Democrat primary.
