-Theodore Walden Hamby, III was born November 2nd, 1997, in Savannah, Georgia. He grew up in Effingham County and graduated from South Effingham High School in 2016. Theodore graduated from the University of Georgia in 2020 with a B.A. in Political Science. During his time at the University of Georgia, he served as the social media director for the University of Georgia College Republicans. In addition, he served as a field staffer for the Brian Kemp for Governor campaign. At only 21 years of age, Theodore was the youngest field organizer in Georgia GOP history.{{Infobox Person
