Rebecca Ann "Becky" Akers (November 6, 1959–April 18, 2022) was a writer and Libertarian Party activist. She served as Membership Director of the Libertarian Party of New York in the early 1990s.

Akers wrote for Christian Science Monitor, the Washington Post, Barron’s, the New York Post, American History Magazine, the Independent Review, Military History Magazine, the Ottawa Citizen, lewrockwell.com, forbes.com and many other publications and websites.
