Pipp M Boyls is a co-founder of the Libertarian Party, having served on the Committee to Form a Libertarian Party and as Vice-Chair on the Steering Committee of the Libertarian Party. His Colorado Springs home in El Paso County Colorado was the site of significant early Party events.
