Nicholas P. "Nick" Phelps is the Chair of the Niagara County Libertarian Party. Prior to this, he was 1st Vice-Chair from 2019 to 2020. In 2019, he ran for North Tonawanda City Clerk-Treasurer. In 2020, he filled the vacancy in the Libertarian Party primary for New York's 27th congressional district, upon the declination of Scott Flynn. In the June 23, 2020 primary, Phelps lost to Duane Whitmer.
