Joseph P. "Joe" Candela II was the Secretary of the Orange County Libertarian Party.
He announced his candidacy for State Committee on March 1, 2020.[1] He has since enrolled in another party, so he did not take his seat on the State Committee despite being elected to it. He resigned as Secretary in early May 2020, which was finalized with the appointment of his successor, Michael Buffamonte, on May 30th.
