The 2003 Libertarian Party of Texas State Conference took place in the The Menger Hotel in San Antonio, Texas on June 27-28, 2003
State Conference Committee members:
- Kevin Hagan - Chair;

- Jack McNally;
- Larry Nickerson;
Speakers:
- Gary Nolan – 2004 Libertarian Presidential candidate and one of the founders of the Libertarian Party
- Rachel Mills – creator of the *politically* provocative Ladies of Liberty calendar, Libertarian candidate for North Carolina state representative and activist
- Ann Del Llano – Drug Policy Forum
- Gary Johnson – former governor of New Mexico, speaking for Americans Against the War on Drugs.
- Michael Badnarik – 2004 Libertarian Presidential candidate
