The Henderson County Libertarian Party is an affiliate of the Libertarian Party of Texas.
In 2019-2020 it was divided into two committees, each with a claim to being the official county party. On 4 May 2019, after a disputed ruling by the state committee, the Savino committee was created and recognized by the State Libertarian Executive Committee.. The dispute over what committee was legitimate ended when both parties held a single county convention in 2020.
