William P. "Bill" McMillen is a Libertarian activist and political candidate. He currently serves as Vice Chair of the Capital District Libertarian Party.
McMillen joined the Libertarian Party in 1976 and was elected Chair of the Libertarian Party of New York from 1985 to 1989. He ran for U.S. Senate in 1988 and 1998. McMillen served as Treasurer of the LPNY from 2002 to 2003.
He was State Coordinator for the Ron Paul campaign in 1988.
