Chip Spangler is the current Secretary of the Libertarian Party of New Hampshire and a former Chair of both the Libertarian Party of New Hampshire and the Southern New Hampshire Libertarian Party, a local affiliate of the Libertarian Party of New Hampshire. He was formerly the state chair of the Libertarian Party of Maryland.
