Spencer Dias is the current At-Large Officer of the Southern New Hampshire Libertarian Party. Born on November 28th, 1999, Spencer Dias is a New Hampshire native having lived in the Manchester area his whole life. He went to Bedford High School and graduated with honors with both a High School Diploma and an International Baccalaureate. Currently enrolled at Saint Anselm College, in Manchester NH, he is studying Politics and planning on going to law school. He is a New Hampshire Institute of Politics (NHIOP) Ambassador. Spencer is also a member of Young Americans for Liberty and is in the early stages of creating a chapter at Saint Anselm College.
