In his memoir posted here he indicates he went up there in December. Nolan himself states the actual 'founding' took place at Mr. Zell's house in Colorado Springs. I worded it very carefully to avoid stating Frank was there at any specific day in December. | |||

In his memoir posted here he indicates he went up there in December. Nolan himself states the actual 'founding' took place at Mr. Zell's house in Colorado Springs. I worded it very carefully to avoid stating Frank was there at any specific day in December.
