Leonard Schwartz is a retired professor and attorney from Detroit, Michigan. In 2008, Schwartz ran for Vice-President of the United States, seeking the Libertarian Party nomination. He withdrew from the race prior to the first ballot.[1]
Schwartz is currently running for Michigan's 11th District in the United States House of Representatives, seeking the Libertarian Party of Michigan's nomination.[2]
