Frankie Limmer is a native of Williamson County. He graduated from Taylor High School in 1966 and in 1970 graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science degree.

He has served one full term (four years) as County Commissioner Pct #4 which began on January 1, 1999, and served a second term beginning January 1, 2003.

Projects during his term The Williamson County Taylor Annex Sheriff's department office in the Annex Justice Center for JP #4 Renovation of the Health Center in Taylor Arena at the East Williamson County Park Improvement of the intersection at Hwy 79 and CR 119 and Improvement of the intersection at intersection of Hwy 79 & Cr 12 The improvement of county roads in the area: CR 347, CR 412, CR 424 Bridge, CR 300, CR 368, CR 366, CR 404, CR 455, CR 464, CR 466, CR 301, CR 333, CR 110, CR 467, CR 395, CR 481, CR 498, CR 394, CR 101, CR 133, CR 406, CR 425, CR 426, CR 491 Culvert, CR 192, CR 112, CR 108, CR 458, CR 459 and CR 427 Bridge. Took a very active part in the Construction of the Williamson County Jail and Juvenile Services building projects

Current Projects Hutto Loop/Bypass starting at Hwy 79 going west to CR 119 Working with TxDot to make improvements to Hwy 79 between CR 110 and Taylor and to realign FM 1660 at Hutto. He has received a CAPCO grant to help the county build a recycling center at the Landfill.
