Goldstein is a graduate of Indiana University (1976) with a B.S. in Education (Secondary Social Studies). For 15 years Goldstein was a sales representative and regional sales manager for AMSCO School Publications, Inc. It was this career path that has ignited his passion for education reform. In 1993, Goldstein left the education world to start his own small business. He is currently the owner and operator of the Goldstein Insurance Agency, Farmers Insurance Group.
