Scott Kohlhaas is a Libertarian Party Activist. He was the 21st Chair of the Alaska Libertarian Party from 2003 to 2004. He was also Chair about 2011. Kohlhaas previously served as Executive Director for the Libertarian Party of Illinois from 2000 to 2002.
