Joseph P. "Joe" Candela II served as the first Secretary of the Orange County Libertarian Party from 2019 to 2020.
Candela announced his candidacy for Libertarian Party of New York State Committee on March 1, 2020.[1] He enrolled in another party, and so he did not take his seat on the State Committee. He resigned as Secretary in early May 2020, which was finalized with the appointment of his successor, Michael Buffamonte, on May 30, 2020.
