On September 6, 2021, [[Caryn Ann Harlos]] was removed by the LNC which removal was later declared null and void by the delegates at the [[National Convention 2022]] due to a denial of her due process rights as an officer which constituted a continuing breach of the Party Bylaws and therefore she never ceased to be LNC Secretary. During that period of illegitimate removal, [[Tim Hagan]] was acting secretary, followed by [[John Wilford]] who was at first selected to be the new LNC Secretary but due to the voiding of the removal, was in fact acting secretary during that time period up through the convention. | |||
