Robert "Burly" Cain is a liberty activist in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He was election Chair of the Libertarian Party of New Mexico in April 2017. Burly resigned less than a month after being elected due to reasons of employment. At that point the Vice-Chair, Elizabeth Hanes, took over the role of Chair.
He was a delegate seated with the delegation of the Libertarian Party of New Mexico at the 2018 National Convention.
