Jay Norton is an IT professional in Oklahoma City currently serving as the IT Director for the Oklahoma Libertarian Party. He is the founding member of and blogger for the tongue-in-cheek Libertarian Armed Bear Caucus (armedbears.org). Jay was an Oklahoma delegate to both sittings of the 2020 National Convention, online in May and on-site in Orlando in July.
