Gary Greenberg (born November 11, 1943) is a criminal defense attorney and author and one of the founders of the Libertarian Party of New York. He ran for office as a Libertarian for Congress (1972), Manhattan District Attorney (1973) and Governor (1978). He served four terms as Chair of the Libertarian Party of New York and has published several books about religion and history.
