Whitney Bilyeu is the current National Chair of the Libertarian Party. Previously Region 7 Representative, she was selected by the LNC to serve as Chair on 12 July 2021, to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of Joe Bishop-Henchman.

She is also Chair of the Libertarian Party of Texas, and a three-time candidate. In 2019, she was appointed the interim Development Director on a volunteer (not staff) basis after the resignation of Lauren Daugherty. She is a former teacher now working as the Vice President of Sales for Texas CEO Magazine.
