James "Woody" Woodall is the current Third District Representative for the Libertarian Party of Arkansas.
Biography
"James Woodall has been a member of the Libertarian Party of Arkansas since 2012 and has served as Parliamentarian and Vice-Chair of the Sebastian County Libertarian Party. He served as a delegate to the Libertarian Party national convention in 2016. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Arkansas.
