Spencer Dias is the current Vice-Chair of the Southern New Hampshire Libertarian Party Executive Committee. Born on November 28th, 1999, Spencer Dias is a New Hampshire native having lived in the Manchester, NH, area his whole life. He attended Bedford High School and graduated with honors with both a High School Diploma and an International Baccalaureate. Currently enrolled at Saint Anselm College in Manchester, NH, he is studying politics and plannings to attend law school. He is a New Hampshire Institute of Politics (NHIOP) Ambassador. Spencer is also a member of Young Americans for Liberty and is in the early stages of creating a chapter at Saint Anselm College.
