Roscoe V. Ross Scalise (b. June 28, 1979, Pittsburgh, PA) is the Italian-American Vice Chairman of the Libertarian Party of Mississippi (MSLP) [1]. Ross was first voted Vice Chairman at the 2009 MSLP state convention, in Jackson, MS, and re-elected at the 2010 and 2011 MSLP state conventions. Ross is a member of the Oath Keepers [2], the Free State Project [3], We the People Foundation [4], and Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America (IAVA)[5]. He is a Biomedical Engineer, Mississippi Certified Volunteer Firefighter/Engineer, and an Operation Iraqi Freedom veteran.
