John McAfee is a software developer and entrepreneur residing in Tennessee. He is the founder of McAfee Inc, an organization he ran from 1987 until his resignation in 1994.
On December 24th, 2015, John McAfee announced he would seek the 2016 Libertarian nomination for President of the United States.[1] He would finish in third on the 2nd Ballot, losing to Gary Johnson.[2]
