Terry Richard Hurst is the 2017 Libertarian Party of Virginia (LPVA) nominee for Virginia State Delegate, 89th District in Norfolk, Virginia. He joined the National Libertarian Party (LP) and the LPVA in October 2016 after volunteering for the Gary Johnson 2016 presidential campaign. He joined the regional affiliate Tidewater Libertarian Party (TLP) in November shortly after the election.
