1996 State Legislature
Election results for state legislature from 1996 may be preliminary. What is listed on this page as of 4/24/17 is what was reported on LP.org shortly after the 1996 election.
Leona McPherson / Na' Ilah Ali
Leona McPherson appears to have changed her name to Na' Ilah Ali[1] sometime around 1999. Original sources list Leona McPherson as the LP candidate for Lieutenant Governor in 1996[2][3] and Treasurer in 1998.[4] But some newer sources have changed the LP candidate for those elections to Na' Ilah Ali,[5] who was also the LP candidate for the 10th US Congressional district in 2000.
