The Rev. Dr. James Walter Clifton is a Congregational Christian minister currently serving an independent Christian church in Franklin, IN. Clifton made Michigan state history when he won a partisan race for Addison City Councilin 1988. Clifton came in first beating Democrats and Republicans.
