Chuck Dorgan was born on November 26, 1970 in Brockport, NY. He graduated from Brockport High School in 1989 and went on to Community College of the Finger Lakes majoring in Business Administration graduating in 1991. While attending CCFL, Chuck discovered an interest in economics and majored in that while attending SUNY College at Brockport where he earned his bachelors in 1996. While working at Carrier Corporation, Chuck earned his MBA from Le Moyne College in 2004. | |||

In 2022, Chuck briefly worked for an EV hardware and software provider called Shell Recharge Solutions as Director of Sales – Eastern Region.
