- It's not public domain, unfortunately, it's authorized under specific terms. And thanks to it being deleted, a good faith effort to adhere to all of them is going to be a pain.
- 1: Applying the licence tag. This is the easy part and I just did it.
- 2: Applying the full revision history. This is a problem, and I've never found anyone on the Wikipedia end willingm to share this with us even though they can at least theoretically do so.
