The Libertarian National Committee met 22-23 March 2003 in Atlanta, Georgia, with Chair Geoff Neale presiding and Secretary Steve Givot taking minutes.
At this meeting, Bill Redpath was chosen as Treasurer to fill a vacancy created by the resignation of Deryl Martin, the "alternate" Unified Membership Plan (a.k.a. "UMP II") was adopted, and updates were made to the Strategic Plan.
