In 2010, all states joined a [[Libertarian National Committee]] region, so there are no regionless states at this timeAn LNC region is made up of states that constitute at least 10% of the membership of the national [[Libertarian Party]], and in past years, some states have not joined a region.
Association with an LNC region is voluntary and either due to inadvertence or conscious choice, each LNC term there are several unaffiliated states.  The Party Vice-Chair serves as the unofficial representative for these states which are colloquially known as Region 0.
