Kirsten Milligan | Kirsten Milligan served as chairperson of the [[Libertarian Party of West Virginia|LPWV]] from its inception in August 2007 until April 2008. After stepping up to help spearhead the re-formation of the state party in May of 2007, she served as acting chair until officers were officially elected under the newly implemented bylaws in August of 2007, at which time she was elected to a two year term as LPWV chair.
