Jeremy Ryan and his wife, Heavenly became involved with the Vermont LP through the Internet and Hardy Machia's Governor campaign in 2004.

They currently help manage the VTLP.org website, and also are the founding members of the Burlington Town Committee.

He ran for City Council in Burlington in 2006.

He became the Vermont LP state chair in 2008.
