The 1973 Libertarian Party National Convention was held in Strongsville, Ohio from 8 to 10 June. This convention, primarily supported by the Libertarian Party of Ohio, is notable for the founding of the Oklahoma Caucus and for being perhaps the beginning of the 1976 presidential campaign of Roger MacBride.
